Their renowned chefs are some of the best in the area, as everything is prepared to order with the freshest local ingredients available. Specials vary from pistachio encrusted salmon with jumbo lump crab meat, finished with a orange fennel beurre blanc, or shrimp and grits with red eye gravy or grilled filet mignon on blue cheese whipped potatoes and a peppercorn sauce and fried tobacco onions.
